Steven A. Szykula, Ph.D.
Dr.
Szykula is the founder and C.E.O. of Comprehensive Psychological
Services. Dr. Szykula earned his
Ph.D. at the University of
Tennessee in 1977. Dr. Szykula is a psychologist who is experienced
in
providing counseling services. Dr. Szykula also provides psychological
evaluations including Custody Evaluations, Forensic Evaluations,
Fitness for Duty Evaluations, Substance Abuse Evaluations,
ADHD and Learning Disability Evaluations. Dr. Szykula enjoys
fly fishing
and basketball.
Mark D. Neuman, M.D.
Dr.
Mark Neuman is a Board Certified general psychiatrist. Dr. Neuman
completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry from Texas
Tech University in 2000. He moved to Utah upon graduation and
has been practicing with Comprehensive Psychological Services
since 2000. Dr. Neuman is fluent in Spanish. He serves the
adolescents and adults. He enjoys skiing and cooking. He is
married and has
one child and two dogs.
Nancy Foster, Ph.D. APRN
Nancy
Foster is a Nationally Board Certified Psychiatric Clinical Nurse
Specialist.
She has advanced education in psychology and
neurobiology. In addition to being in private practice for twenty
years, she has served as an adjunct faculty member and full professor
of Nursing. Nancy serves adult, geriatric, and adolescent (15
and older) populations. Dr. Foster also serves as a Research
Consultant and reviewer of both doctoral dissertations and mater
theses. She is married, has three natural children and two children “of
choice” with whom she enjoys multiple sports, travel, and
music. Nancy is Ani Cherokee and is involved with anthropological
and trans-cultural advancement in alternative medicine.
Kayleen Fuller, Ph.D.
Kayleen
Fuller has a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. She works
with families, individuals, and couples in therapy.
Dr.
Fuller believes in problem solving and practical solutions
to manage mental health issues; integrating biofeedback, cognitive
therapy, and other modalities into the therapy sessions. She
works with other physicians and therapists at Comprehensive
Psychological
Services to make certain all of our clients have appropriate
evaluations and diagnoses. She provides expert psychological
and neuropsychological evaluations. She has experience working
with persons who have learning disabilities, attention disorders,
and other problems that effect school performance. She works
with the family and the educational environment to find the
solutions that ensure academic success. She also has worked
extensively
with persons who have substance abuse issues, mood disorders,
psychosis, and anxiety problems. She believes that there is
always hope and positive solutions for any problem she encounters
in
her work. She loves working with people to help them find the
best answers.
Paul Stratton, Ph.D.
Dr.
Paul Stratton is a Psychologist who holds degrees in physics
(BS, BYU, 1970), business (MBA, Harvard, 1974), and psychology
(PhD, Capella, 2005). His primary orientation is positive psychology:
Helping people to change to live more successfully. Paul enjoys
working with diverse individuals, couples, and families including
children, youth, and adults. In addition to counseling, Paul
conducts formal psychological, psychoeducational, and forensic
evaluations.
Paul completed his doctoral internship at the Multicultural Psychology
Internship Program of Massachusetts (including Spanish-speaking
clients). His dissertation research topic was on mindfulness.
Paul's experience includes 30+ years as an engineer, business
executive,
consultant, and teacher.
Paul is the father of six successful children. He enjoys mountain
trail running, skiing, learning, cultural and diversity events,
travel, and flying.
Susan Hollenbeck, L.C.S.W.
Susan
Hollenbeck is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been
practicing
for eleven years. She received her undergraduate degree
in Psychology from the University of Utah and her graduate degree
in Social Work from Brigham Young University. She specializes
in working with children and families. She has extensive experience
providing treatment for issues related to sexual abuse, ADHD,
anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adolescent, children’s
issues, and couple’s issues. She has been with Comprehensive
Psychological Services since 1998. Susan grew up in Hawaii which
has influenced her sensitivity to cultural differences in people.
Ryan F. Houston Ph.D.
Dr.
Houston is a psychologist working toward licensure by summer
2008. He
earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from
Brigham
Young University in 2006. He completed an internship in Bakersfield,
California specializing in Forensic Assessment and Community
Mental Health. His main focus is psychological evaluations including
Learning Disabilities, Parental Fitness, Forensic/Competency
issues, Substance Abuse, ADHD, Asperger’s/Autism, Neuropsychological,
and fitness for duty. Dr. Houston also accepts some cases for
individual counseling and runs the neurofeedback lab in American
Fork. Ryan is the father of six children and enjoys digital photography
and fly-fishing.
Dr. Monika Singhal, MD
Dr.
Monika Singhal, MD is a board certified psychiatrist with over
seven years of experience. She enjoys working with
both adolescents (age 14 and older) and adults. She is able to
treat
a variety of psychiatric illnesses. Her goal is to provide patients
with clinical assessment and follow-up medication management
when needed. She believes in a multi-disciplinary treatment approach
and works closely with patients’ therapists and/or primary
care physicians when needed.

Shea Enniss, LCSW
Timothy Shea Enniss is a Licensed Clinical Social
Worker who is trained to see all patient populations with subspecialties
in adolescent problems and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR). Shea received his Master of Social Work degree from the
University of Utah in May 2004 and completed EMDR training from
the EMDR Institute. Shea is married, and also holds a 4th Degree
Black Belt in Kenpo Karate.
Victoria
Anderson, Ph.D
Victoria Anderson, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist
in Utah and California. She has been in practice for over sixteen
years specializing in treating depression, anxiety, abuse issues,
mood disorders, family and marital problems, as well as general
psychological problems. Dr. Anderson focuses on teaching life skills
and empowering clients using cognitive techniques for self-improvement.
She uses natural ways to enhance health and well-being considering
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual interventions.

B. “Tug” Wagstaff, M.Ed., LPC
Tug Wagstaff
is Licensed Professional Counselor who received his Master’s
Degree from Brigham Young University. Since 1986, he has worked
with individuals (children to adults), couples, and
families in therapy in settings in Provo, Orem and American Fork.
He had done therapy through the Alpine Center since 1994. He also
treats clients at American Fork Hospital and at Chrysalis Enterprises.
Although he treats a variety of client issues, the majority of
his clients seek treatment from him for relationship, abuse, and/or
disability issues. He uses hypnosis to complement his therapeutic
interventions. Tug also teaches Psychology courses at American
Fork High School, Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University.
Even though he loves the work he does, he dreams of having more
time to ski and travel. Until those dreams occur, however, he has
the excellent fortune of being married to his sweetheart and father
of four great children.
Douglas L. Nielsen, Ph.D.
Dr. Nielsen is a Licensed Psychologist working with adults and
adolescents. He received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from
Brigham Young University. He also earned a Masters Degree from
Auburn University (Counseling) and a B.S. from BYU (Psychology/Social
Work). In addition to private practice, Dr. Nielsen has extensive
experience in education, having worked as a school counselor, school
psychologist, and many years as a school administrator building
programs for at-risk youth. Dr. Nielsen also consults and leads
retreats and workshops in personal development and leadership for
colleges and other groups.
A father and grandfather, he enjoys hiking, travel, and reading.
In 2000 he was the recipient of the Huntsman Award for Excellence
in Education for his work in educational administration. He is
active in philanthropic work.
Shannon McQuade, LCSW
Shannon McQuade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed
Massage Therapist. Using a holistic approach, she addresses the
whole person - body, mind and soul - using best practices and complementary
methods including art therapy, hypnosis, Jung personality analysis,
bodywork therapy, and more. Shannon is certified in addiction counseling
and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and is a member
of the American Art Therapy Association, National Association of
Social Workers, National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction
Counselors, and the Institute of Noetic Sciences. Shannon is experienced
in working with children, adults, and seniors individually or together
as a couple or family on a variety of issues including grief/loss,
addiction/codependency, marital problems/divorce, anxiety/depression,
post-traumatic stress disorder, and more. She is described by clients,
friends, family and colleagues as being warm and compassionate.

James A. Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller completed a degree in Engineering before
graduating from The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
He completed
adult psychiatry training at the University of Utah and finished
a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Primary Children's.
As such, Dr. Miller sees all ages. Dr. Miller is a helicopter pilot
and belongs to Chloe, the Great Dane. Special interests include
Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and Suboxone treatment of narcotic addictions.
